GDC plans to begin construction on one of its newest Westchester projects, Saw Mill Lofts, in Fall 2008. Saw Mill Lofts is a small 60 unit condo community located right along the Saw Mill River and South County Trailway in Hastings-on-Hudson.

Designed by Do H. Chung & Partners, the two contemporary styled loft buildings (each featuring 30 live/work units) offers a unique alternative to traditional apartment living in an airy, modern structure. Each Loft unit will feature dramatic 11’ ceilings, expansive windows, balconies and terraces, and an open loft floor plan. In addition, most of the units will feature a dedicated two-room “work” suite (with separate entrance), catering to professionals who desire the flexibility to live and work in the same location. One, two, and three bedroom apartments will be offered.

The Lofts will also include a fitness club and lounge as well as direct access to the South County Trailway via a pedestrian bridge. Residents will be able to enjoy the charm of downtown Hastings and Ardsley and the benefit of Ardsley schools.
