The Abbey at Fort Hill will be the third GDC community in the
City of Peekskill, following Chapel Hill and Riverbend. GDC is very excited to be a major catalyst in the Peekskill renaissance. We are also planning a major
waterfront redevelopment that will start in 2008. The City of Peekskill has done a fantastic job of bringing in artists, galleries, restaurants, and shops. The Paramount Theater is a regional attraction. This has generated a creative buzz and made Peekskill a desirable destination for living and playing.
In Spring 2009 GDC will start pre-construction sales for The Abbey at Fort Hill. The Abbey will feature a fine amenities package including a pool and a fitness center. Located right off Route 9 and just minutes from the
Metro-North train station, The Abbey is incredibly convenient, yet secluded along a tree lined hilltop with spectacular views of the Hudson River.
