Parkledge was designed and built to relate to its urban environment. These buildings are oriented and stepped to preserve the views of others. In the case of the 20-story high Parkledge project, careful consideration was given to the view from the surrounding parkways with the lower-rise buildings forming the foreground. The Parkledge apartments are situated on a hilltop overlooking the Hudson River Valley. The apartments surround their own landscaped park with areas for children and adults. There is a community building with meeting rooms, party room and game room.
